In Surat al-rahman it says حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ here مَّقْصُورَاتٌ is the sifat for حُورٌ right? if its the number of حُورٌ then is it limited to no more than 10 BEING JAM’U QILLA?  is this analysis correct?
Jamu Al qilla is not used just for quantity but sometimes for selectiveness. e.g إِخْوَةُ يُوسُفَ the brothers of Yusuf AS were 11 . Also the believers are called إِخْوَة although they are large in number but it describes the close ties they have to one another. In the ayah it says  حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ (lesser plural) as opposed to حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَةٌ (greater plural). The lesser plural is used because of their selectiveness and rarity as they are described previously in the Surah like a gem and coral which are rare commodities. Regarding their number Allahu A'lam. but the ayah says حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ فِي الْخِيَامِ the plural الْخِيَامِ is used and this indicates they will be present in each pavilion so the question is how many pavilions does each believer have?
